E-Bills is a Bill Pay Service feature that allows you to obtain invoices electronically from participating recipients, if you sign up for the service, or if you allow other people to whom you have delegated to act, use or access the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. You declare that you have the right to authorize withdrawals and credits from the registered bank account. You agree that you do not use the service to send money to people to whom you send payments for tax payments, payments in accordance with court orders (including court-designated amounts for food or child welfare), fines, payments to credit sharks, gambling debts or payments prohibited by law, and you agree that you do not use the service to ask someone for such payments. If you don`t have electronic invoices, you can set up auto Pay`s first bill pay users who must log in to the online bank and accept Bank of America`s online banking terms. Once you have registered, log in to the online bank and choose the “Bill Pay” tab (you will also be asked to accept the terms and conditions associated with using Bank of America`s online invoices). At this point, you can start using the Bill Pay service immediately. You`ll need copies of your invoices to start adding each bill to your Bill Pay service. Setting up automatic payments for recurring invoices can help you pay your bills smoothly on time. This common current account feature can help eliminate worries (no need to wonder if your student credit payment check has been lost in the mail), you save money on stamps and save your time.
